Services and Consultations

All consultations, services, and service packages are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our work and the time reserved exclusively for each client, refunds will not be issued once a service or consultation has been booked or completed.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of payment.

Digital Products and Virtual Services

All digital products, virtual consultations, and online services are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage. Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Policy Updates

Studio Rejuvé Nation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
